Porkkala seascapes offer a rugged, parren and beautiful experience for all senses! Set out to explore this historically significant archipelago from the sea in the knowledgeble company of our Laguuni instructors. During the day we explore the surrounding areas of Porkkalanniemi by kayaking and make a campfire on one of the beautiful islands in the area. Our knowledgeble guides tell you about the history and diverse nature of the area. The Porkkala Nature Reserve has more than 40 endangered habitats and is known for its diverse bird and animal population. If we are lucky, we can se seals and a sea eagle, for example! Because the Upinniemi naval base is located next to Porkkala, spectacular military ships are also a typical sighting in the area.
