Laguuni's wood-heated sauna is warm on Wednesdays from 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm, on Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm and on Sundays 3.30pm to 8.30 pm!
Come and experience the marine sauna & winter swimming experience. You can also take a refreshing dip in the ice hole right in front of the unique container sauna at Laguuni!
A limited number of people (9) are admitted to the sauna at one time and sauna & winterswimming timeslots begin at the start of every hour. a place for the shift must be reserved in advance. Please arrive well in advance for your turn.
Laguuni's restaurant Blägä is closed for the winter season. If you want, you can bring your own sauna drinks and snacks.
Ps. You can also find serial cards for public sauna & winter swimming shifts: 10x card: 100€ and 5x card: 60€.
Sauna rules:
The Laguuni container sauna is unisex, so please wear a swimsuit! Please also bring your own pamphlet with you. In connection with the sauna, there is a shower separated by a glass wall, which is intended for rinsing (the use of any shampoos etc. is prohibited).
Note! Diving headfirst into the water is prohibited in front of the sauna.
When you move from the sauna/ ice hole to the changing room, please dry off most of the water on the rubber mat in front of the door. We also hope that sauna visitors use a small floor towel so that the floors remain as dry as possible for other sauna goers as well.
