Guided SUP Tour at Sea
Would you like to join us to admire the beautiful archipelago nature from a SUP board? On this guided tour, we’ll go through the basics of stand-up paddleboarding and head out to enjoy the sea. SUP boards provide a challenge for your balance, and we offer boards in various shapes, from beginner-friendly to more challenging models. Falling into the sea is sometimes part of paddleboarding, so prepare for that mentally! All you need for the activity is a swimsuit or sportswear, or a wetsuit provided by Laguuni, which we highly recommend for cooler weather. Activity duration: 1.5 hours, starting from €55/person (minimum 4 people).
SUP Balance
Welcome to a calming body care session where we perform a variety of movements on the SUP board. Come to this unique setting to challenge your balance and try a different way of moving on the SUP board. The session includes yoga-style movements and long stretches, leaving you feeling grounded and relaxed afterward. Getting wet is quite likely, but the wetsuits will keep you warm even on cooler days! We’ll finish with a relaxation session at sea. Activity duration: 1.5 hours, starting from €55/person (minimum 4 people).
Guided Kayak Tour at Sea
Admiring the archipelago scenery from the sea with your group is an unforgettable experience! Together with our skilled guides, we will explore the beautiful archipelage of Espoo. We will paddle at a calm pace according to the group's skill level, and the guides will ensure that everyone stays with the group. We’ll relax by the sea and enjoy the joy of movement. Activity duration: Starting from 2 hours, starting from €69/person.
Saunas
In addition to the exciting activities, Laguuni has two saunasin Keilaniemi: a wood-heated container sauna and an electric Sumesauna. The saunas are available for private use throughout the summer!
