Now you have the chance to head out on an island-hopping kayak adventure with a knowledgeable local guide – every Tuesday! Each island is unique, and kayaking offers a whole new perspective on the nearby waters. Join Laguuni’s skilled kayak instructors on an exploration of the nearby archipelago of Espoo and Helsinki and fall in love with local nature.
What: A guided kayak tour starting from Keilaniemi, paddling from one nearby island to another. We will take a short break on one of the islands, so feel free to bring some snacks – or even a swimsuit and a towel!
Possible destinations in the area include Tvijälp, Varsasaari, Korkeasaari, Käärmesaari and the Käärmeluodot islets. If it’s windy, we will stay in the more sheltered Laajalahti area, paddling around Mustasaari and the Seurasaari area.
Who is this for: Best suited for paddlers who have kayaked at least a few times before, but also suitable for fit beginners with some basic experience. During the trip we will paddle a total distance of at least approximately 8 km.
Not suitable for first-time kayakers.
When: Tuesdays from 6:00–9:00 PM, May to the end of August

What to bring: Your own snacks, water, weather-appropriate clothing, and a change of clothes in case you get wet. If you feel like taking a swim, don’t forget your swimwear! 😉
