In the winter season 2025/26, a brand-new electric Sumesauna will heat up at Laguuni Keilaniemi!
In the new Sumesauna, you can enjoy gentler steam every day along with a panoramic window view. The sauna also has its own shower for Sumesauna users, and the winter swimming spot is located right in front of the sauna.
Sauna and winter swimming sessions are divided into one-hour slots, with the option to book several hours. Each session accommodates 7 people. Please book your spot in advance.
In Keilaniemi Laguuni, there are lightly heated, compact changing rooms. A short walk along the dock leads from the changing rooms to the sauna and winter swimming area. The changing rooms are equipped with lockers. In addition, the covered cooling-off area offers shelter from the wind
Instructions for Sauna Users:
Take with you a towel and a swimsuit. We recommend wearing a hat and winter swimming socks or shoes for winter swimming. If you wish, you can bring your own small sauna bench towel. You can rent towels and sauna bench towels from our kiosk also.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts to avoid congestion in the small changing rooms during the transition between sessions. Upon arrival, please check in with the Laguuni staff.
Laguuni’s saunas and winter swimming area are unisex, so please wear a swimsuit. Please be aware of the limited capacity of the shower to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. The use of soap or other cleansing agents is prohibited in the shower to protect the nature.
Laguuni has a kiosk with an alcohol license. Bringing your own drinks to the sauna is not allowed. You can buy both non-alcoholic and alcoholic sauna drinks from us!
